1. How do I earn points?


You earn 2 point for every RM5.00 spent when shopping on our website or in-store

2. How can I redeem my points?

You can redeem points directly on our Membership page or at in-store counter.

3. Do my points expire?

Yes, points are valid for 6 months from the date they are earned.

4. Is there a minimum spend to use my rewards?

5. How do I check my point balance?

Log into your account, then visit the Membership page. Logged-in members can see their current points.

6. Do I need a membership card?

No physical card is required! Just log in with your account or give us your phone/email at the store.

7. What happens if I return an item?

If you return an order, the points earned from that purchase will be deducted from your balance.
